Doug. stop your manipulative talk and wait. ALA and NN bankers are
know what they are doing, and they certainly know more then you.
I do not know what will be the final deal. What I know that media and
some small guys like you are trying to maipulate this stock.
What I am saying today that WSJ and the rest of media contradict each others.

Amen

Zbyslaw

Doug you need to look at a glass as being half full not half empty!!!!<vbg>.
It will do wonders for your mental health:

Let me help.

33% of NN stock is held by Institutions.
22% is held by TM.
Canadians can hold up to 10% ( possibly 20%...somebody correct this )ÿ
of foreign stock in their IRA. I STRONGLy doubt that NN makes upÿ
more than 10%of the average Canadian IRA ( or RRSP as they call it ).

I wouldn't be surprised if NN is held by many non-canadians

So I DO NOT EXPECT ANY IRA SELLING as a result of ALA buying NN.

So that stock swap will actually be VERY popular. Think! Now Quebecÿ
will have a chance to invest in the motherland!!! An economic secession accomplishedÿ
( if we can't have political secession that's the next best thing ! ).

So smile Doug and be happy,

TA

ÿÿÿÿÿÿ Z.O: If a 1 for 1 deal is announced at ALA's current price,ÿ
ÿÿÿÿÿÿ the consequent selling pressure on ALA could drive that down to $30 or less.

ÿÿÿÿÿÿ There are many Investors who want to cash out. Besides some Investors who areÿ
ÿÿÿÿÿÿ Cdn's holding NN in an IRA equivalent will have to sell because they fill be fined by
ÿÿÿÿÿÿ their Govt if they exceed their foreign quota.

ÿÿÿÿÿÿ A stock swap w/o a definte value is not going to be very popular.ÿ

ÿÿÿÿÿÿ Incidentally, does it give you pleasure to be offensive.!
