I'm 100% sure that Fuller locked-in his options payment as part of the merger agreement. There might have been some upside potential, but definitely no down-side.

According to 1Q99 10-Q SEC filing, Dale Fuller has(or had) one million options. Where did you find evidence that he has already sold 200k of those options?
