Strange Stock

Not that I have followed all that many penny stocks, but it seems to me that when a stock increases 6x in value and trades about 8 of its 20 million shares over the course of 2 weeks (vs. usual 50,000 in 2 weeks), there should be some conversation about it.

I have checked a few sites on the net and, based on the comments (lack thereof) one would think this issue is dead as a doornail.

So - where is all the buying coming from? Why did it begin so suddenly about 10 days ago? I've read the press releases and 1) they alone cannot account for the buying and 2) the buying preceded the first of several recent press releases.

Of course, I know where the selling is coming from - frustrated shareholders who have held for years. Where is the buying coming from?
