I have that problem with nearly every trade with them. If I place a market sell order, I can watch streaming quotes show numerous other orders go by while they sit on mine for 10-15 minutes or so. The trade will only go through during a brief drop of the bid. Sold EGLWZ yesterday in 2 trades and was done in both cases.
And yes, they blame it on MM when I complain
Never had that problem with other brokers, on or offline
Always got immediate executions and confirmations.
Either Etrade is screwing around or MM treats trades from them with less priority
