All of the above is pure speculation. My impressions have no more validity than Bay Street hacks --- analysts or journalists.

I give you far more credibility than any wallstreet or baystreet hack, Pat. Nice to see you on the NN board again,

Thanx Pat, I will email your opinion to my broker and accountant.
( should I mail it also to my attorney? Litigation for spreading false rumors?
eerr...no....I think you mean well........)

BTW I htink you have too low an opinion of yourself.

Don't let Doug's ruminations influence you negatively

Pat, what's your best ( "educated " ) guess for
-date sale is announced

Within next 2 weeks

-date sale is made

Already complete

-price for NN

1:1

-price composition: a) shares? b)cash? c)shares+cash?

All shares. They'll deal with affiliates as they would any company's assets, one by one.

-reaction to the above ie post announcement prices of NN and ALA shares.

Once analysts explain the sale is accretive to earnings and that the products give them added strength in major
accounts like SBC (including Ameritech), the acquiring stock will improve.

All of the above is pure speculation.

My impressions have no more validity than Bay Street hacks
--- analysts or journalists.
