Joe, if you find out what
the specifics of ACOCP are,
please let me know.

I was gone all afternoon
yesterday, so if you posted
them on the live site, I
missed it. Thanks

JSB

A question - You have a college student, having earned $5,000 or less per year, coming out of college and going to be earning $45,000 per year - for the next 40 years. At minimum that is close to $2 million. What would you advise them in order to handle this big jump in annual income?

First I would advise him to buy a house that he can afford and try to get a 15 year mortgage. Pay an extra $100 a month in payments and b4 you know it equity has built quite rapidily.
Other than that just live the way you normally do. Money does not (or should not) change a person. If it does it is time for a major reality check.

Joe,

What do you think of FOCS's potential? Your target sell price?
