What about #4. That is we get real once again and they trade at about 20 times earnings? Perhaps, a bit more if they show sequentially increased earnings. Apparently, no one knows what the inventory turnover should be, yet we're trying to decide what valuations should be. If we slide into a Bear Market, that is a few months of trading like we saw today, what should the valuation be? Did Kumar ever experience a real Bear Market? It seems that very few of us are taking any time to offer up a Bear Mkt. scenario. It's only a matter of time.
