The information that I received was the specific Matrox model that I bought (can't remember which one) used graphics lib calls that W2K would not support. Supposedly this was NOT an issue related to W2K being beta.

I hope that it works out for you.

Regarding W2k, I've been running it for about 8 months. I like it. Assuming that your hardware and software supported (have to check that first), upgrading is virtually painless. I've found it to be more stable than NT4, which I had used since I upgraded from V3.51.
