NAZ off 3% from yesterday's all time high (all closes)

DOW off 12.8 % from 14 Jan high

S&P 500 off 8.4 % from 31 Dec. high

No, I2: The NASDAQ trading halt was not just an interruption in the data feed. You see they had to stop the computers to modify the software instructions to handle the first down-ticks ever seen in the index.
