I don't follow it at all. I have never had good results with stocks with multiple classes of shares.

The light chips technology looks interesting, but I have no way of verifying they have what they claim to have.

Here is a post that refers to it. I have a lot of respect for Zeev.

Tim, be weary of Lightpath, they are a graded fiber optic maker, it can become important in collimating tasks for optical networks, but surely do not justify the current capitalization of this company. They are running deficits in the $2 MM range per quarter, and while they got some important financing lined up (including $16 MM from calling warrants), they are a long way from being out of the woods. Of course, there is a current "optical networking fever" spreading to the smaller players, but as soon as this fever ebbs, this one will go back down, IMHO, and hard.

Hi Harry & Jim:

My question to Zeev was sorta ongoing where we traded ideas on companies to invest in over the next 3 months to year. I still think software (IFMX & WIND) optics & Fiber (MRVC & ANCR) and Video on Demand (OBAS & HAUP, and maybe CCUR later in the year) will do well this year (as long as the overall market is willing.

Zeev has come back with some other recomendations and I was asking his thoughts on LPTHA (which I picked up as a low cap optics play from the Rande Is thread).

Hope all is well everyone and I know WIND is not new to this thread when you were discussing it in the teens.

Tim
