Greenspan he does not fully see the drastic changes coming from a world networked with computers Of course not, and since he doesn't - I fully endorse his baby-step approach to manage the economy. We might say "Leave it alone" but that is politicaly impossible. He keeps telling congress, reject sudden changes, whether they be big tax cuts, or big spending programs. Let the economy sort itself out, but try to mitigate the rate of change to allow people to react. Who does know the coming changes? This is a chaotic event with strong attractors.
