I can understand your thoughts, and I really do believe they are on track in developing their vision for the future. We need to be patient.
(I sold AMAT at 68. Ouch.)

Fleckenstein is on the BOD of Go2net.

yeah, i agree with you on Fleckenstein. I always read what he has to say because his columns are always good for a laugh. I have been reading him being wrong every day. And he is like the feature writer of S.I. ????? Additionally, he serves on our board of directors. Just as last year I will vote no for him... (I know people will write back and say, "but we need an adverse opinion, blah, blah, on our board of directors")

I also agree about the slow down in S.I. posts. What is being done about this ? Obviously the ndb.com deal, but I didn't see any subscription based revenue generating components. I guess you can't teach an old dog new tricks. It is extremely apparent from my perspective that go2net doesn't believe in spending money on advertising, never have, and ???

They buy additional eyes from acquisitions, and mutual partnerships. ex. instead of spending millions on advertising, they spend it on buying say virtual avenue and bringing 100's of thousands to the network in that way. which is great because they can leverage all of the opportunities that small business on the web bring and introduce thousands to the go2net network at the same time. I would still like to see targeted advertising on other financial related websites for S.I.

I am trapped in my home, still snowing here..
