I've been holding this stock since Aug-99 and watched it stay between 7 - 9 for months. In Jan 2000 ( would you believe it was the 27th), I decided to liquidate my position. ( Lost track due to the FECCE designation) As a spur of the moment I decided to sell only half ( memories of selling all of MVRC, Qualcomm and ITWO). Got back and saw it was at 16. Decided to risk the remaining half and went back to a full position. At 29, I think it was a good gamble! Any one have any idea for a target price?
