Herb, thanks for that enlightening post. I bet many growth companies do the same thing.
The employees must be up to their ears in margin debt, and heaven help them if the market cracks, which it inevitably will. Talk about panic!
Then you will see companies buying back their stock in a big way, to keep the natives from getting too restless and jumping ship.
