djia101362- Thanks I saw that. I broke down and bought a copy at Office Max. $179.95 for Professional Upgrade. They have a special Free Iomega Zip Drive 100 Parallel Port that comes with either Full or Upgrade. If you pay $269.95 for full they throw in a 10 pack of Zip disks. I'm thinking of selling the Zip drive on eBay where they're fetch $70. to $75. That would get my upgrade cost down to $35.

You should be able to grab the $70. rebate. I have both the NT 4.0 box top and manual. Most NT users should.
