LG - I'm with you, I don't put any real faith in H&S, patterns because I don't use them as a setup for any trade I might take. I note the pattern when I see it, but don't trade based on it. My approach is to note them because others note them, although I think fewer people pick out the inverse H&S. intelligentspeculator.com The cyan lines give an idea of the picture I am seeing. But honestly, even if it plays out I won't have traded based on it, I just try to be open to different scenarios especially if they are the most unlikely, as those are the most diabolical and likely routes for the market to take! ;) Cheers Michael

Hi Michael, I know enough about H&S to get in trouble. So here goes. It looks like we could be forming the "mother of all H&S patterns" about now on the SPX.. Currently we are forming ole Uncle Al's right or left ( depending on if you are a head or behind him, but that's another story)) ear.. A little rally early next week to take away some fear!!! to FORM the ear. Then down,, to 1200-1300 to mush around all summer, an uptick in August for those padded Suits, Here's to all the Suits,...
