Darrell: What is your knowledge, or recollection (since fortunately you got out before the landslide), of the estimated price of the real estate that just got sold?

I have always thought it is in the range of 85-90 millions in all my readings.

Darrell it's funny there are four of the many emotions in your statement I have to overcome with each investment decision; luck, fear, faith and disappointment. Sometimes I do need to be reminded as I am getting too use to them.
