I agree. In fact, I linked the Gilder forum to a few of the posts on this thread which were debating Mr. T's technology and its merits. I found that dialogue about a month or so ago to be quite interesting if not a bit too technical for me.

There was little or no response at the time. I have had an intuition about Mr. T for some time. Usually when a company just obliterates analyst estimates as Mr. T did, it is a precursor of good things to follow. The analyst on Market Wrap indicated that Mr T appears to be well ahead of plan this quarter and so on. If they continue to execute, the analyst coverage will follow with upgrades. That, along with the current "Over the Rainbow" release by GG has sent Mr. T's shareholders dancing down the Yellow Broadband Road .

Speaking of analysts, in my formative years in the biz, I used to consider an analyst upgrade as the kiss of death. (It seemed Wire House analysts always recommended to buy high, sell low and make it up on volume LOL).

After a few years, I learned the power and influence of investment banking relationships. I started to do my own research and DD. I trusted no analyst for fund manager. (Fund managers would conference call the sales force and tout a stock or two that they already owned. You would jump in and they were selling------I am sure you remember the Fidelity case ) My skepticism became an avenue to the truth.

From the first time I signed in on AOL, I knew the NET was the answer. At about the same time, I was reading Gilder in the ASAP section of Forbes. He seemed to be so in tune and made things so simple. (if you could get through some of it as his literary style takes time to adjust to.). I subscribed about 1 1/2 years ago.

As I said before, the best $295 I ever spent.

Anyway, I'm babbling on and on.

Let's hope Mr. T can maintain its strength.

Regards

Bob

QUESTION for the Thread: Is TERN's technology in cable modems better than BRCM's? If so, in what way(s)?

TIA
