Today's sell-off was in part, IMO, due to traders not wanting to hold stock over a long weekend. Next Tues. we'll find out if they return and move the market up.

I think Analog Greenspan needs to check his head for Inflation.

Doesn't he know we are living in a Digital World now.

Craig and Thread,

re: Lexar Registration Statement

The plot thickens...

Consumer OEM customers and Distributors
Retailers Private Labelers

Best Buy ADTEC Argraph
B&H Photo Casio Associated Press
Camera World Epson Impact Peripherals
CompUSA Hagiwara Ingram Micro
Fry's Electronics Kodak Tech Data
Wal-Mart Nikon
Simple Technology
Viking
Widget

SanDisk has the potential to become the OEM supplier for
Casio (yipee!), Epson (hoorah!) and an exclusive supplier
for Kodak and Nikon (yahoo!). Better yet, both Viking
(CompUSA) and Simple Technology (BestBuy) are Lexar private
labellers who may have sold products that infringed on
SanDisk's patents.

IMHO, the Lexar Suit is of the utmost importance to SanDisk.
Just reading between the lines again.

Craig and Thread,

It would be instructive to learn whether the outcome of the pending litigation will have any impact on the controller technology used in the Memory Stick designs.

I think it is a fair question to ask of investor relations at Lexar with the IPO up and coming.

Wonder also if Sony would risk a product recall (at the retail level) due to patent infringement.
