Hi Jerry

Thought you would be having a beer by now. Anyway we did a little arithmetic tonight.

All those shares that NCS holds closed out the day with an approx value of 2.5 million. Assuming they have a half a million left in the bank, the break up value is 3 million. They have just over 4 million shares issued, so the per share cash equivelant value is about 0.70. Discount that to 0.60.

All the holdings of claims, the prospects of their claims, are worth minus 0.05. I don't think so.

Will MMI rise on resumption of trading? Probably.

Good days ahead for NCS. I hope so, I'm in at 2.59. Been there awhile.

Cheers

Bruce
