You have asked me before about our relationship and I will do my best to explain from my point of you below now that our release is public: Both IAS and ITKG share in the CTHA technology and the CTHA technology only. It was developed by the UWV and they are the current patent holders. We are licensed to resale to the Government/ Military market under an agreement signed about three years ago. Integral is in good standing and plans to keep the agreement current. IAS has the Commercial rights to the CTHA technology and it's marketplace. Integral has come up with six new antennas we do not share with anyone. Therefore our market potential is massive. Integral has funded and developed these antennas by our "exclusive" in-house team located in West Virginia. Integral owns the "intellectual property" and marketing rights by themselves. We know these are needed by the wireless industry through our on going testing and prototype requests (which we have delivered on a timely basis). We are in the final stages of negotiating with large scale manufacturing CO's to build our product. ITKG Shareholders will benefit from our innovations as we become known as an " antenna solutions" provider to industry not limited to the "Military/ Government market. We have several negotiations ongoing as we speak. I hope this helps and I am glad I can finally talk again.
