<<This is a very UNIQUE DEPOSIT, sampled much differently from any other.>>

No matter how different is this deposit, there is only one way to prove ounces according to all 3 of Australian, Canadian and US mining standards...and it is to sample it enough. If you don't do it, you can never be sure that the ounces are there. Period.

Granted, you can reach good estimations without following these standards... but banks or seniors will not engaged major funds based on estimations only.

<<Are you as qualified as Guido Paravicini, Dr. Ron Atwood, Dr. Don Hausen and Behre Dolbear to say this resource is not large enough? >>

No for sure and I never pretended to be as qualified as these people are. But I do know many experts to which I do talk.

And I never said the resource was not as large. It may well be. All I have said is that so far not enough work has been done to confirm it.

I certainly trust Behre Dolbear and all BD has said is exactly what I have said. There is high potential but it is impossible to quantify it right now given the erratic distribution and grade of the mineralization and the limited number of samples taken so far.

In other words the announcement of 6M ounces proven, 157M indicated and 78M inferred not only premature but also unfounded. No wonder why the judge asked the company to retract themselves or remove the PR foirm their website.

<<We have spent 10 million dollars to explore>>

Where do you see that... The last financials showed a much smaller cumulative number.
