If I remember correctly Bob hasn't taken off for quite awhile. Unless someone knows otherwise I suspect he may be off given the 3 day weekend Marc

Well said. Please note that I am not saying that I made a mistake in selling those issues, from a long-term prospective. IMO (and in Bob's opinion too, I believe), it is far too soon to make a judgement like that. A growing number of high-quality growth stocks are joining the bear market that many individual stocks have been experiencing. Stocks I am watching make new lows include SBC, MCD, and a great many others. These mainstream stocks are in a bear market now. It's nice to have some cash at a time like this. The depth of the bear will be controlled to a great extent by the action of the tech-glamour stocks. If these stocks crack, things could get ugly. Best wishes, I2
