Dan,

Your strategy to own both TERN and CMTO seems prudent. And it seems obviously unfortunate that you sold some TERN. Who could predict this TERN rise?

Yeah, obviously I would rather still have all my shares but hindsight is 20-20 as they say. I have a rule of thumb of selling half my position after a stock has doubled and letting the remaining position ride until something fundamental has changed. Since TERN had nearly tripled before I sold any, I can't really complain.

IMO, the notion that S-CDMA is not any better on upgraded plant seems to me to be based purely on speculations which the speculators admittedly don't fully understand

This has been my problem with Pat's conclusions all along. She's really offered nothing but speculation and spin that is comforting to investors who missed out on TERN. I believe her smearing of TERN as a perpetrator of fraud is a disservice to CMTO investors.

Pat's comments remind me of those souls who add up all the dates in the bible and conclude that the world is 10,000 years old - while all along ignoring the fossil and geological record indicating that Earth is somewhat older. Since the bible must be right, then the only explanation is that space aliens landed on earth and placed all those dinosaur bones beneath all those rocks!

While no one can prove that space aliens are NOT responsible for the fossil records, I find it rather unlikely. Similarly, I find it rather unlikely that TERN is the serial swindler that she accuses them of being.

Keep up the good work. I find your posts interesting and valuable. Thanks.
