The are dated Feb. 2, 2000 and they came sometime last couple of weeks. Here is the cover, Dear Shareholder: In connection with obtaining all of the required orders lifting the cease trade order for our Company to allow us to proceed with our Rights Offering, it is required that we mail the 1997, 1998, and 1999 quarterly financial statements to shareholders. These statements are enclosed with this letter. It is anticipated that the required orders will be received with the next few days and we intend to file the rights offering circular immediately thereafter.
