Bad news on the union attack. Actually, only takes 30% of employees to sign cards and the Teamsters have enough to go to the NLRB and ask for an election. 30% does not take much to get at all, even with a employer with good employee relations. As a practical matter, though, as the article said, a union likes to have much more than 30% before they go to the NLRB.

Also, it is rare today that wages/benefits is the main reason for someone to ask for a union to come in. Most of time today it is employee treatment and respect issues that cause it initially.

If Tenn goes union, they won't stop there.....

I've been fighting union campaigns for 25 years. As J.D. said, it could get real nasty.
