I think I might prefer the Vx with its somewhat sharper display and larger memory (told you I wanted a "throwaway cost"). i met someone at the DFW last week using a palm V with an omnisky modem (beta version). he had "full" internet access. it was incredible to watch him surf while standing in line. i believe it only works with the palm V. tip..our local comp usa offers palm classes (3 hour sessions) you may want to visit omnisky .com i am going to wait for it...should be out soon. the palm 7 is too geographically limited right now for me. also it offers limited access. i am also looking at the neopoint 1000 phone...are you familiar with that? it seems to have the most options including internet access thru sprint and a laptop connection kit included. i have not been able to find a QCP 860 locally yet... guess i'll try to get details on-line. i have about 2 weeks to make a decision.
