Now you see why I call him manipulator.

He claimed that ALA dropped on announcement of merger with DSC Comm, in fact announcement of merger was in June 98 -ALA did not drop.
ALA/DSC was completed in Sep 7. 1998 ALA did not drop, and
then ALA drop on Sep, 17 1998 after they issued warning about future results.

This has nothing to do with ALA/NN announcement.
He claimed that NN/ALA will results in ALA huge dip, and he or others will not be able to cash.
As an example he ask me to look at ALA chart and ALA/DSC merger. For someone not knowing facts it looked convincing, right.Big ALA chart shows dip in Sep,1998 right?

As you see ALA/DSC announcement about intention to merge did not result in ALA did, so do announcement of final merger.
It was ALA results more then week later(ASIA and market sell off in 98) which resulted in pain for those who kept ALA shares after merger.
However everybody could cash in June,July,August and early September.

He also claimed he has experienced ALA/DSC(???????)
