It is down about 75% of the times... I now have Netzero which I use more than @Home because is 100% more reliable than @Home. So netzero is up 50% of the time?

It is down about 75% of the times I try and use it! I'd appreciate more feedback about the situation and how widespread it is. How long has this been going on? Do they have an estimate of how long until its fixed? How new is the service there? Is it just you/your neighboorhood or is it an area wide problem? You get the idea... In general the feedback about @home reliability has been quite good, though stories like yours are also out there. I'd sure like to know whats going on behind the scenes. Eric
