ii_oo . . . ETKA . . . I've been following it. As you know, this is a shell and it looks pretty clean. The recent 10Q states that "as of the date of this report, Management has evaluated several potential reorganizations." The only thing I see that makes me hesitate is the planned 50/1 RS. However, if the right merger partner comes along then even this could be okay. . . .heck, I bought one on Friday that is planning a 2500/1 RS !! LOL. (But it is only a short term trade.) Sorry, I don't know anything about NVNU. Katie
