CHARTS WITH AN ATTITUDE: Here is a stock that looks like something is up. Innovative medical (PURE) and its warrants (PUREW) . Look at the chart for the PURE and you can see a very nice chart with recent consolidation. The chart for PUREW shows an upmove, even while the PURE is in consolidation. Something may be afoot with this company with the warrants appreciating during the stocks consolidation. I see in the news that there are a lot of factors going on that could be fueling the rise. Any analysis from the experts on this board will be appreciated. PURE chart: siliconinvestor.com .PUREW chart: siliconinvestor.com . Here is the fundamental information that I have found on this stock: Innovative Medical (PURE) Shares Outstanding: 4.5 million Float: 2.1 million Recent Price: 5 Warrant Symbol: PUREW Warrants: strike price = 5 1/4, call at 9.00 for 30 days, expires 8/2001. marketguide.com News: biz.yahoo.com General Info that I have found:Innovative Medical (PURE) Company makes water purification devices. They have a system (Fillmaster)that is installed in 15,000 pharmacies (including CVS and Eckherd). They recently got a commitment from CVS to rollout the Fillmaster product in all of their 4,100 stores over the next year. The fillmaster dispenses purified water for oral prescriptions automatically rather than using beakers and jugs of distilled water. Improves efficiency at pharmacies. Here are the areas PURE is involved in: [1] Fillmaster (tm) pharmacy product, with very little competition, in 15,000 pharmacies and is providing the bulk of revenues. Estimated sales for yearend July is about 7 million based on recent research report and phone conversations with the company. This is the "cash cow" for PURE. [2] Over a year ago, PURE created retail water filtration systems called Nutripure 2000, which has better filters than the competition (Brita, Pur, Culligan) and last much longer for the same money. PURE has been trying to get these in the retail channels both on the internet and in major retail stores. PURE is currently in the process of getting these filters into major retailers where they already have their Fillmaster product installed in the pharmacies. This seems to be imminent with a large retailer. [3] Silver Ion purification systems, for hospitals (RMS), which is supposed to reduce film buildup in tanks and pipes, eliminating Legonella bacteria (the cause of legionaire's disease). Supposedly this is a big problem with hospitals. Could be applied to dental offices as well (IDS), to purify the water they use for rinsing. This technology was recently licensed from NVID.http://biz.yahoo.com/bw/991122/ca_innovat_1.html [4] Axenol, a silver ion disinfectant with multiple uses. Needs FDA, USDA, and EPA approvals currently underway. But uses could include eliminating bacteria (E-coli) in the poultry industry. This is a future income source. Licensed from NVID Corp. biz.yahoo.com [5] Nutripure Internet IPO, selling vitamins, etc. through the internet. Some of the stock will be spunoff to shareholders as a dividend shortly. Alliance with Bergen Brunswig to accomplish this.biz.yahoo.com Revenues have grown at 100% a year for the last 3 years (if you include estimates for yearend July 2000). Company in their recent reports believe that PURE will experience "quantum" growth over the next couple of years.
