Get a grip, Dave. No judge in his right mind would accept exhibits like this.

Here's a comment from an attorney I know, to whom I sent a copy of the full text of the court order:

By the way, the order tells me a lot. This judge thinks that the case is crap, pure and simple.

lol. It seems that Pugs and Riley are still laboring under the idiotic delusion that they and Jason Anders are agents of the Federal court. So what I'm imagining is a scene like this on 15 March:

THE COURT: Mr. Qualey, did you or your agents serve the Defendants with a summons, a copy of the complaint complete with exhibits, and a copy of the order executed for this hearing?

MR QUALEY: We did indeed, Your Honor.

THE COURT: How was this service effected? Counsel for the Defendants state that no such service was made.

MR QUALEY: It was effected on the Internet.

THE COURT: How so? You claim you executed proper service in this way?

MR QUALEY: Correct. It was on the computer. Pugs told me it was on the computer.

Time to wake up, Dave. Way past time.

Yep. Kind of a depressing mess. Takes much of the interest out of this type of discussion. Way too personal. The issues seem all too twisted at times.

Dave, so far I've spent $249 on AZNT lawsuit related matters. That's what it cost for the replacement keyboard I had to buy after I short-circuited the original one with beer I spewed out my nose after reading Riley's assertions he had served me via e-mail.

BTW, have you been able to ascertain if I've been officially served yet?
