Like I said..

it's not unusual and I seriously doubt it would do much to keep a company from aquiring THQI if they wanted.

There's a typical dollar amount involved so the financial implecations are not a mystery.

I was an investor in a company called SMSC and I received a small check about 2 years after a suit was filed - a nice surprise.

Because of my past experiences with this, I recommend that EVERYONE at least call and find out more information.

I WOULD NOT make a lawsuit your determination to sell however. This means nothing for years and even then it's not a large financial matter.

How THQI does business in the next two years is MUCH more important. I also believe that if the stock goes up and no one has a loss, you can't sue.

Regarding Tuesday. Perhaps down to $17.50. There may be an early drop below $17 but I expect buying.

One more thing.

I expect this and I would (think) that the larger institutions would have too.

Somethings up...

So out of character for THQI?

So conservative and then they say that?

BF is even speaking on risks associated with the industry etc.. Perhaps he can now throw in a personal experience - ha ha ha
