Cirruslvr, <As far as the K6-2, why in the world is there a 550MHz K6-2? I thought 550MHz was where K6-2+ would take over. Either binsplits were very good with the K6-2 or the K6-2+ is having cache problem.> I always thought K6-2+ was a messed up idea. With Spitfire volumes kicking in Q2, looks to me like there is no place for K6-2+ other than in low-end laptops. AMD would have done a lot better if they put all the emphasis on K7 instead of spending development resources on K6. The marketing/management seems to lack the killer instinct to take advantage of Intel when it is down. Chuck
