When ET management decides that having thousands of minimally funded accounts whose
sole purpose is to acquire IPOs and in no way enhances their bottom line, they will change the rules of acquisition.
The simplest way would be to require some minimal amount of trading activity to qualify for an IPO allocation.
I hope it doesn't come to that but I can't see them keeping the status quo.
