MichaelMy Greed-O-Meter shows NN going for double-figure billions.
what about if ALA will make 1:1 offer and with NN not been dilutive to ALA eps(what should be clear after final CC with ALA and NN - current 1$ will be increase by savings-employment reduction, outsourcing etc. and
does not include NN exposure to current ALA customers)
there is good chance that when merger will be completed we
will see easily over 10 billion deal 50+ us.

Michael M, we all know CSCO won't let NN go without a fight.
CSCO it appears is doing everything to try and get
back into the ATM picture, from hiring NNs ousted
( by ALutz ) Director of ?R&D , to try and open up campus
in Kanata, right across from NN and NT to.....solicit
employees? But that won't do it.Better buy the company

TA -- No way do I believe CSCO is out of this picture yet. Letting NN go to Alcatel would seem a major strategic gamble now and, perhaps later, a major strategic
blunder.
