Jeff, This company was a promising young NASDAQ issue about five years ago but was run into the ground. Now its nothing more than a "chop shop" stock. They print as many shares as these boiler rooms can sell. I remember when they screwed the shareholders with a couple of reverse splits followed by reauthorization of shares. Thats how ya extract the value of the company from the shareholders. Then ya pay yourself a fat bonus and reward the scam artists with insider shares. The sad thing is, just like in the movie "Boiler Room", is that it is a legal thing to do. -John
