Sorry for not being able to answer yesterday. I was out of town.

Premiums are high because these are volatile stocks. Remember QCOM, CMGI, YAHOO and JDSU during their runs? The premiums were astronomical but those were also most profitable trades.

While it made sense to buy February calls last week, now it makes sense to sell March options or place some kind of spreads because of high premiums. If buying long options, we should sell soon and move on to the next setup.

I know AFFX dropped to 270 after my trade. So I added some more to my position for average of around 33 1/2. Still looking to sell Tuesday's bounce.

I am also long IMNX, added more March 200's on pullback to 189 and plan to sell them soon. I am also long AMGN, SEPR, GENZ, CRA and holding BBH, AMGN and BGEN in my long term portfolio. BBH were bought in mid December.
