Nihil, I am truly sorry for your life long suffering from mental disorder. It's really hard for me to relate, since I have never had such problems myself. I drink little, don't do drugs, have never felt the need for therapy. And live a pretty normal average American sort of life. If my thoughts were so inconsistent as you say, you wouldn't respond with some of your longest posts in rebuttal. Try and at least be honest with yourself nihil. You find me an intellectual challenge, and that's one of the reasons you try and argue with me so often. If you truly believed me an imbecile, or whatever other word of the day strikes your fancy, you would simply ignore me. You have to care at some level in order to go through the effort of writing such long posts. One of your problems is you place far more importance on these boards, and the conversations contained within, then they deserve. This is simple internet chit-chat. We will not solve the worlds problems, or answer the questions which have haunted man since the beginning of time here. I don't follow you from board to board. We both simply like to explore the same topical areas. And we disagree a lot. One of the reasons I came to this thread was to get away from you and feelings for a while, and meet some other interesting people. I thought this place was relatively free of liberal hecklers. But they seem to have followed me here, not the other way around. Did you post here at all up until I started posting a few days ago? If you did, I never noticed it on the thread. I don't doubt your an intelligent person. However, you have yet to demonstrate an ability to articulate your points in organized logical ways. Even your economic concepts (which is your field of speciality) are random and disjointed at times. Instead of engaging the idea, you repeatedly go after the poster(s) on a personal level. As I am sure you realize when considering debates tactics, this clearly is a sign of a weak intellectual position. If your brain is so vast as you say, why do I frustrate you so? I have met people similar to you in my life. Quite a few actually. And if I may attempt some helpful advice. You are simply a very insecure person. And you try and hide it by lashing out at people in rude noxious ways. Anyone who feels the need to post their every life-long accomplishment is yearning for recognition of the most needed kind. Love yourself nihil. This quote may offer you some understanding. "If we sharpen a saw it can cut wood better, if, however, we sharpen the saw too much, the edge of the saw becomes too fragile to do its job". Whatever has happened in your past to cause this insecurity I am sure was not your fault. Let go of the anger. And let the soft quietness of your mind ease your suffering. One last thing before I leave for the night. I have yet to see you give ONE compliment to any other poster. Even the ones you care about and admire. As I recall, we first met when I commented on your lovely writing style. And all you have given in return is rude personal insults when you disagree with me regarding an idea. Your interpersonal skills must be very poor. Some work in that area, may give you the needed recognition you crave. Michael
