Good morning Chris,,looks like a good day for the Daytona 500....;^)
<How many shares of HLTH does JAGLX hold ?> Well, we know they received 15,000,000 shares for their recent private placement..approx. $62.00 per share..
According to Market Guide, they were the largest holder in Sept."JANUS CAPITAL CORPORATION 09/30/99 1,484,145 " ..So I have to guess, they own somewhere around 16.5mm shares..
yahoo.marketguide.com
from what I can find, there are some large institutions/investors...Smith-Kline for one...
You may be able to get it cheaper if the market tanks..A look at the P&F chart (lower right-change to a 3 box reversal-it's defaulted at 2),you can see a recent low of approx. 55...you can also see prior resistance was at 61...
stockcharts.com
I figured, at the current price,,it didn't seem like a bad deal<g>..For Janus to drop $930MM bucks on them,,they must have done some DD<g>
(also interesting,I read somewhere, that JAGLX didn't even have any in the fund...the 2 funds holding prior to this placement were JAENX and JAGTX)
I believe some of the drop is due to the gov. probing this private info stuff,,I read double click and healtheons name in the same sentence somewhere<g>..I also believe the street selects who will be the winner in a particular space,,IMO they have selected HLTH as this winner(just like Exodus--another Janus early grab)..we shall see,,hoping to trade some and keep a bit for the year..
