the lawsuit as a way to not hafto answer why they issued the press release and then lowered estimates etc.. It could be anything in that area, anything related to the stock moving down. Not a concern.

"As you probably know, there is a lawsuit filed and we are not able to discuss that issue at this particular time" etc...

Someone but in a BOGUS low bid after hours at $15.75 I believe. Isn't it ironic that we would see that, see the lawsuit the next day and have a long weekend to get everyone on the stock boards all worked up.

Regarding the JAKK agreement, don't expect to hear about the percentages because that's private information. They don't want the public to hear what kind of contract terms they have etc.. That is pretty standard.
