Sorry Guys, but Nortel is the classic example of the greater fool theory. Its a great company but so overvalued. Why would anyone in there right mind buy a stock selling at 100 times this years earnings and 10 times book value? The only true way to value a stock is to discount future earnings to it stock price. It gets very scary when you do this with Nortel. If any of you think that Nortel has the growth rate to justify its price, id love to meet you because your living in a fantasy world. The problem these days is that investors are so infatuated with "concept", they ignore all meaningful methods of valuation.
