Ahhaha, after reading your post to Bob, I have to ask you if you have any concerns about EXLN being able to hire proper talent. The labor markets are extremely tight and many technology companies are having difficulties finding people with experience to hire. Do you think this problem could hinder EXLN's ability to grow with demand? If so please send them your resume (just kidding).

EXLN's approach of partnering with a rage of enterprise solution providers may be a problem down the road:

They (EXLN) may very well own the low margin responsibility of supporting of the back-end (interoperabiity) of high margin systems installed by their partners.
