Yummy! There is a restaurant at the Lake of the Ozarks which has the most divine dish - mushrooms cooked in a champagne sauce. To die for.

I went to a restaurant tonight (by myself) that sits on the Sacramento River. As I watched the various things float down the river (tree branches, logs, etc.), and watched the wildlife (ducks, red-tailed hawk, kingfisher, blue heron), I ate a fociotta (sp?)-stuffed pork chop, red potatoes, stir-fried squash, and salad with a great vinegrette. It was very good and the atmosphere was very nice.
