Scumbria,

I forgot the :o)

"We just got first silicon a month ago and I feel very comfortable about the way it's been running," Yu said. "We are going to be shipping hundreds of thousands [of processors] by year's end and millions next year." A 0.18-micron Willa-mette is currently ramping at five fabs; six will be running full tilt by the end of 2000, Yu added."

They already got Willy at five FABS! DELL will have Willy systems on their website in 50 days?
Now I agree shipping them may be a problem, as the P3-800 still is >30 days.

DELL and INTC still has a lot of stock they can sell to make earnings, do they not?
AMD has to make their earnings on product sales, not on accounting gimmicks.

I may hold my shares a while longer, but surely not past DELL shipping Willys? That HAS to be the end of the world.

Just like floppermine was the end of the world.

Just like floppermine with rambust was the end of the world.

Just like the B2 step floppermine bomber is going to end the world.

INTC is running around with one foot nailed to the floor and I think they might have stepped in some glue with the other foot.
