my classic is in disrepair. the new message counter is whacked. works okay on my win95 machine but not this win98 machine. by whacked i mean it won't count off the messages when they are read. but then sometimes it surprises me and does okay. it's just too much to contend with. i think brad was the first one to tell me that the majority of si members preferred the beta format (they may have been calling it 'turbo' back then. god, does that put a grin on your face, calling this 'turbo'?!) i could be mistaken. maybe it wasn't brad. at this point i don't care who said what. i'm just so bummed by what si has done. and the marketing weenies (i steal from LRR here) who tell us how great this crap is really top it all off splendidly. not. nice lyrics, btw.... :) mark
