Unclewest, I think you are great! In the midst of all the noise you continue to focus us on why we invested in this company.

Thanks,

Sunny

Unc,

Great info. If I may quibble with a your number crunching abilities <GG>. A 19% sequential growth implies an annualized growth of ~100%, not 76%. You ignored the compounding effect in each quarter. Similarly, a 60% sequential growth in hi-brite LEDs implies annualized growth of 555% not 240%. So there! I outdid your extremely bullish forecast<G>.

Thanks for the analysis that you have been kind enough to share with us.

Cheers,

Piyush

unclewest...thanks for the exact numbers. they make a far better story than my 'off the top of the head answer'. i am stunned by the sequential number on hi-brite leds. cree has worked har to build this market and has worked to make pricing affordable by cutting its prices when it wa not necessary to do so. while building demand and getting design wins, their margins improved while they cut prices. wow.
