PFSW- The point I'm trying to make is that those shares going through on the bid are being gobbled up by H&Q. They are looking to take the stock higher. I'm not talking long term, I'm looking at the next 2-3 weeks. I'm not sure how to look at the DZTK thing, all I can think to compare it to is lockup expiring on another IPO. I don't think it should be having such an effect on the price here, we don't even know when it will happen yet. All I'm trying to do is point out the similarities between H&Q's actions here and what they did with WFII. This week will tell, confirmation will be a close over 42 11/16, then off to break the old high. All IMO. Good luck.
