Hoping to dash your concerns, I can assure you I am just a layman with half(less) a college education, no ties in the cable(well, I once was a cameraman for a T.V.-2 operation, bach in '71...and the station director is now a city councilman in that town, lol),newsletter, or brokerage industries- no position in Terayon, and sitting alone in my livingroom. I'm just wanting to learn what I can here...and hopefully resolve clashes between Tern's/Gilders's claims and the statements of others. I've doubted Gilder on this issue due to comments from Bernard Levy, Frank Colluccio, Dave Horne, and others, for some time now. Gilder continues to make a formidable case as far as this layman is concerned(I'm now considered the sad result of the actions of "touts" like Gilder, by many here, I'm sure- but I think that remains to be seen), and I've seen what I felt were rather unnecessary and weak speculations against Terayon and/or Gilder. Not knowing the truth of all this with certainty, I've taken to trying to seek it. Dan B
