As I understand it, where plant is upgraded, reducing nodes reduces costs. My understanding that S-CDMA has the ability to do so without worrying so much with quieting the noise by tightening up the plant and adding filters and the smart noise defeating switching in the RPM box such as Mark just referred me to, would lower costs per home passed.
